- The competition is open to all Mirror Class Association members, and consists of Eastern Area sailing club open meetings for mirror dinghies which have no age limit for competitors.
- Please see the poster attached for a list of qualifying meetings.
- At each meeting the sailing instructions of the host club will apply.
- At each meeting the organising club is asked to send a full set of results promptly to the Recorder (Alan Winter).
- To determine the overall results, points will be awarded to each helm for the finishing position in the event. The winner of each meeting is awarded 0.75 points, second place gets 2, third gets 3 etc. The results for Deben will be based on the Saturday races only, and the results for Up River will be based on the Sunday races only.
- Competitors will count their best 4 results from qualifing meetings. In the event of ties, discards will be taken into account. No competitor may win more than one prize.
- Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 boats (i.e. no age limit) and to the highest placed junior. To qualify for the junior series both helm and crew must be under 15 on the 1st of January of the current year.
